Payment terms

A deposit of 50% of the total price is required upon booking. The remaining 50% must be paid 2 weeks before the start of the rental period. In addition, a deposit of €500 is required upon booking, which will be refunded after completion of the trip.

Cancellation

Cancellation of the booking by the tenant
Deposits will be withheld in the event of cancellations. If the cancellation is made shortly before arrival, compensation payments are due in accordance with the following table:

Cancellation no later than:
60 to 31 days before arrival — 50%
30 to 7 days before arrival — 60%
less than 7 days before arrival — 80%

Cancellations must be notified to the provider in writing, unless the provider agrees to an oral cancellation. The cancellation date is the day the cancellation is received by the provider.

The tenant must prove that the provider has suffered no or less damage than is claimed by the provider in the lump sum. If this is not the case, the provider has the right to charge the tenant a higher amount.
